Please include any specific requests for your portrait, background colour, font type or any messages you would like to add. You can pick your own colour and font type or choose one from our guide. We will be in touch to confirm and finalise all details before we begin creating your portrait.

  • Can I request a refund if I'm not happy?
    I’ll send you a finished draft so you can review the final portrait before printing. Please note, I’m unable to offer refunds once the artwork has been printed. However, if the print quality is affected or the item arrives damaged, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
  • How long will the portrait take?
    Portraits are typically completed within 1 to 3 days after we receive your image. Larger artworks or busy periods may require a little more time, but I’ll always provide you with a timescale before getting started
  • Can I keep the digital file?
    I’ll send you a digital file before printing to make sure you're happy with the final result. And yes—it’s yours to keep! It’s perfect for sharing or printing additional copies if you wish.
  • Can I make adjustments?
    I’ll send you a draft to ensure you’re happy with your portrait. If you’d like any small adjustments, just let me know—I’m happy to make changes. My goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the final piece
  • Can I add additional things to the portrait?
    We’ll chat about what you’d like included in your portrait before we begin. If you have any additional requests—such as a custom background—there may be an extra cost, depending on what’s involved. All ideas can be discussed in advance to make sure everything’s just right
  • How do I upload a photo and does the quality matter?
    After completing your purchase, you can upload your image and order number using our form. Ideally, the photo should be high resolution—most smartphone photos work perfectly. If there are any issues with the image, I’ll get in touch with you before starting your portrait
  • What paper will my portrait be printed on?
    Your artwork is printed on 220gsm high quality matte photo paper. If you'd prefer a glossy photo paper, then please let me know.
  • Will I see the portrait before it is printed?
    Yes, I will send you an image of your finished portrait to ensure you are happy before it is sent to print.
  • Can I have the portrait framed?
    Yes, you can choose to add a custom black frame to your artwork. Each frame is made to perfectly complement your portrait and comes ready to hang.
  • Can I choose my background colours and font type?
    When purchasing your artwork, you'll find a guide to help you choose background colours and font styles. If you'd prefer something different, just let us know in the comments when uploading your image
